Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of GatherlyCo. By using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use GatherlyCo.

You must be 18 or older to use GatherlyCo. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.

GatherlyCo is a marketplace that connects customers and vendors. We are not the supplier of services listed on the platform. Vendors are independent businesses responsible for delivering the services they advertise.

• Secure online payments are coming soon. Until then, customers and vendors arrange payment directly between themselves.
• When our payment system is live, funds will be released to the vendor once the customer confirms the event has been completed.
• When payments go live, GatherlyCo will retain a small platform commission on each booking processed through the platform. This rate will be shown clearly to vendors in their dashboard before activation.
• Refunds, cancellations and changes are governed by each vendor's booking terms, which the customer accepts when accepting the quote.

If you can't resolve an issue with the other party, contact us. Funds remain protected while we review the case and decide on a fair outcome. See our Trust Centre for our dispute process.

Only customers with a completed booking on GatherlyCo may submit a review. Reviews must be honest and reflect your real experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that breach our policies (for example, abusive language, false claims, or personal information).

Vendors must keep their profile, availability, and pricing accurate; respond to enquiries professionally; honour confirmed bookings; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Paid subscriptions and advertising packages auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime — you'll keep your tier or campaign until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused periods.

You may not use GatherlyCo to defraud others, list services you cannot lawfully provide, send spam, infringe intellectual property, or take any action that harms the platform or its users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GatherlyCo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use of GatherlyCo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
