Our team checks the business is legitimate and meets our standards. We reject more applications than we accept.

Verified vendors confirm business registration, ID, and banking details. Premium Verified vendors add references, insurance, and a site visit.

Go live
Only then does a listing appear on GatherlyCo. We can unpublish a vendor at any time if standards slip.

Secure payments (coming soon)
When our payment system launches, customers will never pay vendors directly. Money will flow through GatherlyCo so both sides are protected.
- 1. Customer pays GatherlyCo — the deposit will go into a protected account.
- 2. Funds will be held — neither side can move the money until the event is done.
- 3. Event happens.
- 4. Customer confirms — once you're happy, you release the funds with a single click.
- 5. Vendor is paid — your supplier will receive their payout, minus a small platform fee.

Reviews you can trust
Anyone can write a glowing review on most platforms. Not here.
- ✓ Reviews can only be submitted after a completed booking on GatherlyCo.
- ✓ Each booking can leave one review — no review-bombing, no fakes.
- ✓ Reviewers rate communication, quality, value, and professionalism separately — so vendors are judged on the things that matter.
- ✓ Vendors can't edit or hide their own reviews. Only GatherlyCo can moderate, and only for genuine policy violations.

Sometimes things don't go to plan. When that happens, we're here to help — personally.
If you can't resolve an issue with your vendor directly, contact us. We'll review the situation from both sides, mediate where possible, and help reach a fair outcome. During our founding launch phase, we handle every dispute directly — no bots, no automated responses.
